Just over the West Seattle Bridge

Don't use googlemaps or MapQuest - they will fail you! Use these directions:

Take the West Seattle Bridge to Harbor Ave/Avalon exit (NOT Harbor Island!)
Left at light (Avalon)
Immediate jack knife right before the Luna Cafe (unmarked, but it's Manning)
Immediate left going up the hill (Manning still, but the sign is AFTER the road). Do not go out onto the big road, which is Admiral.
Follow road up the hill (curving right, left, right - no choices) until you see a yellow mansion on your right and a dead end dirt road straight ahead.
Park tight against the guardrail to your right. 
Please don't park elsewhere!  The neighbors don't like it.  If the guardrail is full, use our driveway. If both are full, go up the hill and park on 34th or 35th Ave SW. There is a cute stairway leading back down to our house.
We are in the big brown rambler with red front doors and a three-car driveway.
